Versatile implant system

The Astra Tech Implant System EV consists of a unique range of OsseoSpeed EV implants including straight, conical, sloped, short, narrow and wide, using only one surgical tray, that meet the need of each individual site and challenging situations, such as:

  • limited vertical bone height.
  • narrow horizontal and wide spaces.
  • sloped ridge situations.
  • immediate and early loading situations.

A flexible protocol allowing for your preferred primary stability

A unique drilling protocol has been developed to allow for preferred primary implant stability. The strategy with the drilling protocol is to provide apical bone support to the implant when indicated, but relieve the apex from bone contact when this support is not indicated.

In addition, the drilling procedure is made easy by using color-coding and a simple numbering system.

Large Tray EV

The Large Tray EV with interchangeable overlays allows for adaption of tray content according to your clinical preferences.

The color-coded tray has an intuitive layout for ease of use, effective handling throughout the surgical procedure and accurate communication among the surgical team.

The color-coded drills are marked with a number or letter for easy identification and reference.

  • Accommodates all implant lengths and designs for OsseoSpeed EV straight and conical implants including OsseoSpeed Profile EV for the most commonly used implant diameters.
  • Lengths 6–1 7 mm

Note: Does not support 3.0 and 5.4 implants

  • Accommodates the complete range of diameters for OsseoSpeed EV straight and conical implants, including OsseoSpeed Profile EV
  • Lengths 8–1 7 mm

Note: No cortical drills for short implants 6 mm

Overlay 3

  • Supports the full implant assortment
  • Lengths 6–1 7 mm

Note: Space for 10 V- and X-drills. Use short V- and X- drills and drill extension or long drills only.

Small Tray EV Surgical

  • Highly versatile overlay supporting a procedure-based workflow.
  • Easily adapted for clinical preferences to ensure only the needed instruments are at hand, preventing unnecessary cleaning.
  • Ideal for single-tooth procedures.

Small Tray EV Storage

  • Flexible storage options for less frequently used drills and instruments, minimizing unnecessary wear.
  • Add-on solution or complement to Large Tray EV.

Wash Tray EV

The Washtray EV is intended for automated reprocessing of surgical instruments and ideal for large clinics or hospitals looking for a time- and cost-efficient clinical workflow.
